Bitdeer AI, the AI neocloud service provider and preferred NVIDIA Cloud Partner within Bitdeer Technologies Group (BTDR ), announced on October 8, 2026 that it has entered into a 10-year data center services agreement for A901, a 67MW AI Cloud data center campus in Malaysia.

A901 establishes a third Malaysian hub for Bitdeer AI alongside Cyberjaya and Johor. The campus will be engineered for liquid-cooled, rack-scale NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems serving next-generation enterprise AI workloads, the company said. Delivery of A901 capacity is targeted to commence in the first quarter of 2027, with delivery of the full 67MW targeted for the second quarter of 2027.

Secured Capacity and Pipeline Estimate

With the addition of A901, Bitdeer AI’s secured AI Cloud data center capacity — which the company defines as capacity owned or under an executed data center services agreement — totals approximately 273.5MW across facilities in Malaysia, Norway and the United States. That figure represents approximately 78% of the company’s target of up to 350MW of AI-ready capacity to be delivered by the first quarter of 2028. All megawatt figures refer to critical IT load.

Bitdeer AI said demand for uncontracted capacity across its AI Cloud sites remains strong, and estimated that its active pipeline for AI Cloud capacity now exceeds $10 billion, with an expectation that the pipeline will continue to increase. Contract value per megawatt varies with service mix, contract duration and site, according to the company.

The release states that the pipeline figure represents management’s estimate of the aggregate potential contract value of opportunities under commercial discussion. It is not backlog, revenue, an executed contract or a binding commitment, and is calculated using assumptions as to capacity, term, pricing and service mix that may not be realized.

“Demand for liquid-cooled, rack-scale AI capacity in Southeast Asia is running ahead of what the market can deliver, and customers are asking for it earlier and in larger blocks,” said Michael G. Potter, Chief Financial Officer of Bitdeer Technologies Group. Potter said A901 adds 67MW in a third Malaysian location, widening the set of sites and delivery dates the company can offer customers.

No offtake commitments had been entered into with respect to A901 capacity as of the release date. The company stated there can be no assurance that commercial discussions relating to A901 will result in executed contracts, that any contracts will be executed on any particular timeline, including ahead of delivery, or that they will be on terms comparable to those previously announced. Prior contract terms, including those announced for the A102 and A201 facilities, may not be indicative of future results, the company said.

Earlier Steps in the Malaysia Build-Out

On August 19, 2026, Bitdeer AI announced its target of up to 350MW of AI Cloud data center capacity by the first quarter of 2028, and reported that approximately 50% of its 9.5MW A102 facility had been contracted under a 5-year offtake commitment with total expected revenue of approximately $400 million, according to the company’s August announcement. Revenue from that contract was expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027, with no revenue impact in 2026. The company’s estimated active pipeline at that time exceeded $2 billion, or approximately 24.5MW, and A102 was described as a liquid-cooled, multi-customer facility purpose-built for rack-scale NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 deployments.

On September 14, 2026, Bitdeer AI announced a 10-year data center services agreement for A202, a 65.1MW facility on the same Johor Bahru campus as its 21.7MW A201 facility, bringing the Johor campus to 86.8MW of AI Cloud capacity, according to the company’s September announcement. A202 energization is expected in the third quarter of 2027, and A201 is scheduled to be ready for service in January 2027. With A202, which Bitdeer AI described at the time as its largest single capacity addition to date in Southeast Asia, secured capacity totaled approximately 206.5MW, or approximately 59% of the 350MW target, and the estimated active pipeline surpassed $7 billion. That announcement also stated that 5-year offtake commitments at A102 represented total expected revenue of over $800 million across 9.5MW.

Bitdeer AI has stated that it develops data center capacity consistent with contracted demand and deploys GPU and related computing capital against executed contracts. The company seeks to fund GPU deployment primarily through customer prepayments structured to cover more than 50% of the associated capital expenditure, together with financing secured against contracted cash flows and operating cash flow.
